DVD CUSTOMERS: DVDs are now shipping…HOWEVER some customers have provided incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or no address at all. We have been emailing these customers, however there are some we still do not have. FIXED! “The broadcaster of this content has been blocked” error: This is a known issue and is being resolved; we expect it to be fixed by 8:00 pm Pacific, 8-21, if not sooner. If you receive this error after that time, please refresh your browser.
EMAIL ISSUES: There are some customers who have written us for various issues. We have responded to all, HOWEVER some emails bounce back to us as undeliverable. If you have written us and NOT heard back, please send your correct address (and an alternate, if possible, to SUPPORT@DEPLORABLEFILMS.COM with the subject line “EMAIL UPDATE” This issue seems most profound on Gmail servers.

Approx 5% of orders for the streaming version are not resulting in a code being generated. If you you not receive a code within 30 mins of purchase, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will generate one as soon as possible.

For BETA TESTERS: there seems to have been continued access to a test version of the streaming product, via an old link. If you were a Beta tester and did not receive a code, please email support@deplorablefilms.
There was also an issue with DVD purchases that did not put in an address. This was to be done in the “ship to a different address” dialog; we’ve added notes to clarify.

Still seeing some non-delivery of codes. If you have purchased a code but did not receive it, please email email@example.com with the date you purchased, and your name and/or order number.
For prior BETA TESTERS (for the period prior to payments being accepted) – codes received as part of the test transactions will no longer work. If in the very unlikley case your test payment was accepted and your prior test code has stopped working, please send your prior email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

We have discovered an issue with emails containing purchased access codes getting stuck in various anti spam functions of some major ISPs. We’re working to remedy this and will get codes to buyers asap.
There have also been reports of the “country” field in the order form being stuck on “United States”. We’ve not been able to replicate this error.
We’ve also reactivated “City” and “State” to the billing info form, as some payment choices will not validate without them.
Depending on your connection, the image may look slightly blurry or low res for the first minute or so.
